      I will 100% be reporting this dance studio to the BBB ! As a professional dancer myself this company is an embarrassment. I'm so sick of Non dancers and incompetent beings running children's dance classes for profit. I was excited for this class for my daughter as shes not quite 2 yet and alot of the studios require your children to be 3 or its parent and me etc. But this studio accepted her and clearly they only did because they wanted the money. I see that now from the other complaints. No where did i see information about me dropping my 1 year old off at a door to 2 women i never even got to meet. The woman seemed nice on the phone but i like to watch my child in class as well im not one of those parents. If thats what they wanna do thats their business but its clear other mothers were also not aware as they were asking questions of concern. Babies just screaming for their mothers like wtf. One mother even stood outside the door with me worried about her baby and the instructor told us to leave OUR KIDS or take them so i left with my child ! The studio is small af and the windows are blocked off. I simply called and spoke with an "owner" PJ who sounded like he already knew i would be calling for my money. He stated his policy and i informed him i was aware The policy states no refunds at the absence of your own fault on the receipt but that i was asking for an exception since we are never coming back. We werent absent to the 1st class we were dissatisfied big difference. But he clearly got upset when i informed him that since he cant find any decency in his body to refund me i will handle it myself and we can take the legal route because it shouldnt be that deep. Yall need the money that bad?Your holding ppls money hostage for what when theyre just trying to put their kids in an activity. Just give my money back. Nobody is coming back to this studio and they have jave to scam a new parent every month to stay affloat. Embarrassing.
