We had an in ground pool installed by Blaze. Construction finished fall of 2023 and it leaked water. After ongoing calls Blaze fixed the leak in n May of 2024 by cutting out our pool deck concrete. They have never repaired our concrete and it is cracking around the pool. We have asked the company to fix the large hole in the concrete they cut out and repair the cracking concrete. This is warranty work. They have told us for months they cant find anyone to do the repairs yet its under warranty and they continue to install pools and pour concrete.Business Response

The leak in your skimmer line was covered under our warranty and repaired promptly. Your timeline is not accurate.
Concrete decking is never covered under warranty. Our contract is very clear about this which you signed. Concrete will eventually crack. There is not 1 pool builder that warranties concrete pool decks. This is the industry standard for many construction professionals. To say that we haven't honored our warranty is a lie. Blaze ProScapes as a company is only building custom concrete pools going forward. We no longer offer fiberglass pools because of the issues with the quality. We pride ourselves on project quality and will only work with customers that have adequate budgets to achieve such quality. You have a $70,000 value assigned to this claim, but the value of the entire pool deck was only $7,458.75 with only a portion of your deck having small cracks. Which again is not even covered under warranty. Unlike pavers which have a warranty. Your project total was $62,981.25. Not $70,000. Very dishonest claim.
Your attitude throughout the entire project was very distasteful. Very combative behavior and foul language for weather delays from a literal tornado, very difficult digging and failed trench depth inspection caused by the very difficult digging. You tried to tell our subcontractor to bill us to wire an accessory structure and hot tub that were not on our contract. When you were contacted for the 4th time to inquire about that payment you said the check was already mailed from your bank but the date on the check received later was dated after that conversation. We would ask anyone reading this to please note that the only poor reviews are from customers that purchased fiberglass pools with the lowest cost finishes.

I hired Blaze Proscapes to put a pool in for me May 2023. The pool was completed October 2023. Due to the time of the year we didn't get to use the pool. However we were told not to let our pool water fall below a certain level because it could mess up our filtration system. Immediately we started noticing the water level dropping. Every 2-3 days we were needing to top the water off. With this being the 1st time we ever had a pool we were unsure if this was unusual. by November the temperatures were too low for the water to be evaporating that fast. We called and spoke to Will about it and he told us he would get a leak detection specialist to come out to check it out. Well over the next 2 months we would check back every few weeks to see when someone was coming out. It was always an excuse why no one came. It's Thanksgiving, it's Christmas, it's the holiday season. Then on January 9, ******************************* ********* **. I looked at the pool and dirt was flooding back into my pool from the skimmer. My pool was on the verge of over flowing because the ground water was backing up in my pool. I immediately called **** and sent him pictures and videos of what was happening. He said he was already in talks with the owner ***** to get someone out there to do a leak detection. No one ever came I texted him back on January 15, 2024 and he said he was personally coming out to look. He called and said he thinks there is a crack in the skimmer but he would need to send the leak detection specialist out to verify. He then told us it would cost $650 for a leak detection specialist to come out. I told him I would absolutely not pay for anyone to come out for a pool I've had 3 months, never used, and been complaining about this issue since you turned the pool over to me. He then said ok we'll send someone out. *****, *****, or **** is responding anymore and my pool is still leaking.Business Response

We are presently working to resolve this issue. A leak detector service was just there this week to determine the problem. The business needs till May 10, 2024, to investigate what going on.

Id like to start by saying Im a single mother and *** been looking to build an inground pool for over two years now. I was so excited to be able to do this for not only my daughter but also our family.I hired Blaze Proscapes to install an inground pool at my home. The finance company Im working with is very specific on how they give draws as the project is completed. ***** (owner) said he needed this upfront money (about $30,000) just to get it on the boat from ******.I was very hesitant about this because of how much he was asking for upfront. I really wanted this pool for my daughter so I decided to go through with it and gave him $20,000 cash.He then told me we needed to dig the HUGE hole in order for him to get a draw from the finance company to just ORDER it to make up the difference I couldnt provide in cash.I took off work to be present for the excavation. He texted me 30mins after he was suppose to arrive to tell me he wasnt coming because of the rain. Next day he finally came and after the excavation he left a HUGE hole (see pictures) in my back yard with ZERO safety fencing around it like he said he would!!I was also made aware of the VERY inappropriate sexual comments he made about me while he was on my property.I decided to terminate our agreement. I offered to pay him for the excavation along with the building permits and workers. He refused to give me ANY of my $20,000 back along with threatening me with a mechanics lien on my home for the pool shell and tanning ledge for which NONE had been purchased or received to my house at the time of termination of the agreement.This man has harassed me and my family and made threats against my home and says his so called contract is non-refundable (which it doesnt) and goes on to explain some random general statues that do NOT have any legal basis in this matter!This man is a LIAR, highly inappropriate, very disrespectful, and unprofessional!Business Response

The $20,000 youre claiming was stolen was forward to our fiberglass manufacturer as partial payment to manufacture your pool. There is still a balance owed on the pool.
Our company will seek legal recourse in the event any of these claims of theft cause a loss of business. No expense will be spared to ensure our name remains in tact.
