I feel this store is deceptive on pricing. I asked for a *** envelope to mail paperwork and said I wanted to send it the cheapest way. They gave me the price for 2 day (which was very expensive). When I baulked and asked if that was really the cheapest way, they did NOT tell me that if I used a different envelope I could save about 1/2 the cost. They didn't offer that I could choose a non *** envelope which allows for ground shipping. That's very sneaky. I will not ship there ever again.

First of all, we are sorry that you felt deceived on the pricing, however that is not the way we do business here. we always help our customers to try to save money when it comes to shipments even though we are not able to adjust shipping cost that is given by the system, but we always try to help them save cost on boxes and packaging. Wife came in ask for the refund or the difference on the shipping cost for the package her husband came in and shipped 2 days ago and it has already been delivered. Wife even admitted to us she was accusing us by only choosing to believe what her husband told her (since she was not here on the day of the shipment) which i think it is not fair to our small business owner. Wife even made a phone call to her husband while she was at the store and her husband told her that he told the store associates that he would like to ship his paperwork in a *** EXPRESS envelope in the cheapest way. So our store associates gave the shipping cost for 2nd day air which was the cheapest one for that specific envelope. Before we can create a shipping label, customer will need to agree to the *** (parcel shipping order) terms and conditions, i have a copy of that signed *** on file which i can provide at any time. we never and will never force customer to sign or pay if they do not feel comfortable. i think husband should call wife and ask for permission first before paying us other than having wife coming afterwards for refund when a package has been delivered. Sometimes customer needs to be more specific in what they want other than we guessing what they are asking for. I am responding to this because i want people to know the whole story other than only side of it as we care about our business and we are very hard working small business owners and try to maintain a good business reputation.
