This business sends spam email across the country. I never have and never will do business with them, but they still send me junk email on a regular basis.

    Business Response

When someone shows an interest in our services and shares their email with **, yes, we do add them to a email drip marketing campaign.  It is hosted and managed by a company called click2sell.com  They have a great reputation and 100%, absolutely follow all legal rules when it comes to emailing.  There is always a clear and easy to see Unsubscribe button.  If **** would have ever requested to be removed from our Email list, it would have been done immediately and he would have never received another email from us.  We've been in business for 25 years.  This is the first time this has ever happened. It really seems odd to me that **** would have taken the time to file a Complaint when he received a completely legitimate email.  We all know how many junk emails we get every day.  I honestly wonder if **** takes the time to file 100s of complaints per day??

Note to the business: I never did any business with you. I don't know where you got my email address. If I get a marketing email from you it is by definition SPAM. I shouldn't have to unsubscribe.

Note to BBB: How do you know the business stopped sending spam to other people?

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Thank you.
