If I could give a Zero, this place would certainly receive it. Their Staff particularly a guy name ******* in their front office had to have been the biggest JERK's of all. I went to their location to retrieve my license plate and he told me I was "Lazy" for not getting it off at the wreck scene. He was verbally abusive and told me he did not have time to deal with me as he was working with 4 other customers. Well dude, if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen!!!He told me where the vehicle would be located and I went to that location, I could not find it at the location. I told him I would go back and look again, he took it upon himself to come out there and found it but with GREAT Disgust and kept saying, it was where I told you it was. It was not and he was abusive in his actions. ************************************************ uses this company and if I was associated with this towing service, I would be totally embarrassed!!

They are very bad, disrespectful and racist. We are a towing company and sometimes we are assigned by roadside assistant companies to move vehicles from the Williams Wrecker storage yard. They are dealing with the towing providers with a very bad attitude. Especially when the driver is not originally an american. Last year, we called them to let them know that our driver was coming in an hour to move a vehicle because they required a one hour call ahead. ****** was the lady who answered the phone and was notified of our driver's arrival in an hour. When the driver arrived, they insisted that we did not call and that he would have to wait for another hour to get the vehicle ready. A man who worked there told the driver to go out of the property and he was very rude and he was but to hit him while the driver was trying respectfully to tell him what happened. We did not work with them for an hour and refused all the work that was offered to us dealing with them, until a couple of months ago, we decided to start accepting jobs with Williams just because we did not want to keep refusing jobs that were offered to us from the road side companies and that looks bad in our records with them. After, accepting jobs in that location for a couple of months, today we were assigned to a job there and when we called to let them know that the driver was arriving in an hour, they said that they do not want our company to come to their property again because of what happened last year! We are not the only ones who noticed their bad attitude with the customers!
