*** ********************* from Combine academy hasnt refund me. In 07/26/2019 I made a deposit of $5,000. I asked to Mr ********************* to get a refund but he didnt want to respond when I said to him "I could not come to combine academy, sorry my **** was refused to times" and then after three messages he answered, and he said "We are looking for into your situation currently. So please be patient" But he didnt do anything. So I send him another message, I asked to Mr ********************* to get a refund, but he didnt want to respond to my message anymore Until now Im still waiting to get a refund.

    To whom it may concern,

Please refer to your Combine Academy Enrollment Agreement that clearly states that initial non-refundable tuition deposits are indeed non-refundable. Combine Academy issues dozens of I20 student visas annually with no issue. The issue here lies in the student giving misleading and incorrect information to the immigration officer at the time of his appointment.

I should have been in post grad, so no I20.

********************* wasnt clear, I told him to send me a document for the **** but he didnt want to send me the document, he said " As soon as the payment comes in, I will send you the **** packet. It requires a receipt and once he got the money he just sent me a letter to the show at the embassy, not a packet, just a letter. And at the embassy they doesnt read any letter, they doesnt want that, they just want to know why people want to come in the US. I didnt know what to say at the embassy because of *********************, I ask him a document for all information and he just sent me a letter thats not my fault if I said incorrect information at the embassy.

Combine academy said they give a refund but it depends, thats case by case. I want to know what is the case when you refund someone? Because I didnt see that in your policy when I sign your contract. And you have to show that in your policy.

Unfortunately this is an entirely inaccurate account of the events that occurred. Our admissions office sent all of the appropriate documentation to the ******** Embassy for your tenor with us. Your enrollment agreement states our refund policy and clearly and thoroughly outlines this scenario as not being a refundable circumstance.

Unfortunately I dont think what you saying is true, because you cant give informations at the ambassady about someone whos taking a **** B1 or B2, you can probably give informations with a I20, but not with a **** B1 or B2. And if you got the prove about what you said I would like to see that please, because ********************* never tell me that, and that means his not doing his job well with what I signed for. I got all the messages with ********************* on WhatsApp, all the messages on email with ********************* and of course all the contract that I signed and sent to *********************. So I know ** telling the truth. On those contract it is not say that's not refundable, it say on certain circumstances thats not refundable.
On the documents they dont say I cant get refund about my situation, the documents says we cant have a refund if " The use drugs, alcohol or tobacco, Inappropriate behavior, vulgar language, violent behavior, use of deadly weapon, fighting, threatening by a combine academy staff member. No unrelated males or females. ********, burglary, borrowing from a teammate without their discretion or consent. Breaking the law or any type of criminal activity. " So that means if we abide of all this rules, we can have a refund, make sense. And when I signed that says " I, *****************************, agree to abide by combine academy rules and regulations. If I do not abide by any single one of combine academy rules and regulations, I understand that I can be dismissed from the combine academy program without my tuition being refunded. By the way you didnt about what is the case to case when someone can have a refund? So if you dont refund me, I can ask for compensatory damages for my $5000.
