    We are ******* ********* ********* in ****** **** ******* ** and our phone number is ************. We have been contacting Dynamic Quest for days now, and they have yet to get back to us. We cannot print off one of our front desk computers and it is a huge inconvenience when we have patients in the office. I have emailed Dynamic Quest, and even called and left a voicemail, yet I have not heard anything back from them.

    Dynamic Quest appreciates feedback as we constantly look to improve our support services for our clients. Unfortunately, prior to the support issue, this client had stopped paying its bills for over six months leaving Dynamic Quest to cover the expense. Despite this financial issue, Dynamic Quest never withheld services and support.

    Dynamic Quest takes our service level agreements very seriously, and in this particular case we have verified that our team attempted to contact the client six times until we got hold of someone to provide the necessary support. After the client finally engaged with our support staff, the issue was resolved immediately.
