    On Jan 11th 2023 I paid in full for a headstone for my mothers grave, The purchase price was $3216.11. I was told that this monument would be completed and placed in 6-8 weeks. During this time I didnt receive an invoice of all the things agreed upon. I have inquired about that invoice & have not gotten it but only have an email receipt. Also it is at week 13 & the stone has not been placed as promised to my knowledge. The communication to get this issue resolved is all done on my behalf with little or sometimes no communication.received. It has been 3 weeks since *** spoken to *********** in which he stated I know you think Im trying to get over on you dont you? At this point its clear that that is precisely what is happening .I would like a refund if possible. I have several text messages between the business ************** that will show my attempt to get this matter resolved. At this point I feel that if this monument is placed, it will not be a pleasant experience to visit my mothers resting place, due to the unprofessional behavior of ************* owner.

    I am writing in response to the complaint filed by the customer regarding their request for a refund.  Our records show the customer entered a contract with our company on January 9th, 2023, that clearly states that all sales are final and that no refunds are given. For your reference,please find attached the relevant documents that detail our policy.
    We do take our contractual obligations very seriously and have reviewed the terms of the contract to ensure that we follow our obligations and find the contract clearly stated that no refunds will be given.
    We have reached out to the said customer to address their concerns and explain the terms of the contract.  We have also provided them with a copy of the contract as proof that we are unable to provide a refund.  
    While we understand that the customer may be dissatisfied with the outcome, we remain committed to providing excellent customer service and are willing to work with them to find a mutually agreeable solution.  This might include offering a complimentary product, discount on future services/ products, or providing additional support to address any issues they are experiencing.
    We appreciate the opportunity to address this complaint and demonstrate our commitment to our customers. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
