February 5, 2025 I dropped my 1982 **** F100 off to have rear main seal, windshield wiper arms hooked back up to windshield wiper motor and brake done. They parked my truck on the street after they were done with it. I went in after the truck was done and paid $1038.81. I walked where they parked it and drove it home. Once I got home, I realized there was paint missing from the cowl panel. I took pictures and called Willies. He automatically got defensive and I told him I would take it in for him to look at it. I drove back and showed ****** the damage. He denied it and said they are careful. He told me took the cowl panel off to put the bed of truck while they worked on it. They also were blaming the hood for the paint missing. The hood doesnt touch and Ive opened the hood several times prior to taking it into the shop for repair. I asked him how did the hood hit the cowl panel so far up. ****** Person said I dont know if your naive but if paint chips, it will continue to chip. I have photos of what the truck used to look prior to this repair/ damage. The 1982 **** F100 was my grandpas truck so I would like for it to be taken care of as well as others vehicles.
