  I recently had the pleasure of working with Pro Engines, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their hemi builds. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The team at pro engines is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with tailored recommendations that were both practical and cost-effective. The engine they built for me was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the engine, from the precision machining to the high-quality engine components used. The engine not only looks great, but it performs even better. It's smooth, powerful, and reliable compared to my last engine. Aside from their excellent engine building services, I was also impressed with their customer service.   3.5 years later, my truck is going strong and feels like a beast. To date, i haven’t had any issues with my hemi. I change my oil with full synthetic every 5k. Thank you Pro Engine. I hope i don’t ever have to come back thanks for the great customer service and follow up

  They'll take your money, send garbage products, and ignore you. That's what happened when I spent over $4700 with pro engines. At first things are great; timely responses, seemingly knowledgeable staff, quick delivery. But once your money is theirs you should pray the product they send you is quality. Unfortunately the quality in my 5.7 L hemi was total trash. I had a certified shop professionally install my engine in which I paid $2700 out of pocket labor for. I knew labor would be out of pocket so that was fine by me. I was informed by pro engines that the install set (gaskets, pumps, etc.) wasn't included in the price of the engine and its price was a little over $400, in which I paid separately and had it shipped along with the engine (now totaling over $5100).I had purchased the no fault warranty at a $500 price tag and was on my way. When my engine was installed I immediately noticed a ticking noise and was advised by pro engines the ticking could be lifters that hasn't set yet and with time to "break in" the engine that the noise should subside. 2 months go by and less than 2500 miles and the ticking had dramatically gotten worse. I returned my vehicle to the same shop and within a few hours I was informed by the shop that the replacement engine had also failed and needed to be replaced. I called pro engines to inform them of this unbelievable news and they denied the engine could've failed and that it certainly must be one of the lifters that had failed. I consulted with the shop for advice on what to further do and the shop advised me to send the engine back for a replacement since I had a warranty and I agreed. I informed pro engines of this and they suggested that they send lifters and gaskets and have my shop go into the engine and repair the suspected failed lifters on a supposedly remanufactured engine. I informed pro engines of this and they offered to pay labor for my shop to "repair" the suspected failed lifters. That's when I read the terms of the

  We regret to hear that you had a bad experience. Though we don’t offer a no-fault warranty, our 3-year unlimited mileage limited warranty is offered at a cheaper price of $300 for the upgrade from the standard 90-day unlimited mileage limited warranty. The lifters on the Hemi engine are notoriously louder than the average engine upon startup (especially of a freshly remanufactured engine) but should subside considerably once the vehicle is driven, and the lifters are pumped up properly. Unfortunately, as with any new product, failures and factory defects in the occasional component can occur, requiring replacement. As you stated, we are happy to work with both you as well as your mechanic in these rare instances to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.
