    We purchased a fence last year around August. We had it installed around October and everything seemed great. Unfortunately a few boards rotted and the gates dont close properly anymore. We contacted ******* several times and he kept blowing us off. His mom died and my wife told him to take his time which was fine but the issue was ******* kept telling me days and times he was stopping by and then never did! He blew me off four times and I had enough. My wife wrote him reviews online and he responded and tried to blame us for his unprofessionalism. Fast forward to May of this year and he was supposed to show up last week to fix the fence and to no surprise he ghosted us for the fifth time. He lacks respect for others time and its not only rude but its unprofessional. We spent almost $5k for this fence and all we want is for it to be fixed. He cant be bothered to respond back and we are sick of reaching out. Our money was good enough to take but now that he has been paid apparently he cant be bothered to stand by his fence. Buyer beware!
