    In June 2023 I contracted with Crown Builders to replace roofing tiles, gutters, siding and windows.The entire job was completed late August 2023.The roofing, gutters, siding work were all completed satisfactorily.All of the windows expect for a large plate glass window were installed satisfactorily.The large window is the main window in the front of the house.The window was installed with large smudges and smears that cannot be cleaned off.According to Crown Builders this is a manufacturer defect and the window can only be replaced (not fixed). This defect was pointed out at the final walk through at which time I was told it would be addressed.As that was the only defect I paid Crown Builders in full with the assumption this issue would be addressed.Since August I have talked with Crown Builders and sent numerous follow up emails.I was told it would be addressed.In late October I was told by Crown Builders that there was some type of ongoing dialogue between them and the window manufacturer.On 27 OCT 2023 Crown Builders sent a representative to take pictures of the window in question. He stated the pictures were for the manufacturer. The **** ******************** told me he would keep me informed of what was going on. That is the last contact I have had with Crown Builders. I sent two follow-up emails after 27 OCT 2023 requesting a status update and have not received a response. My only wish is to have this one window refunded so that I can have it properly re-installed.

    This has been addressed and satisfactorily completed and confirmed by the customer.  It was in fact a manufacture defect, replacement was ordered immediately.  Once the replacement window was received it was installed.
