    TERRIBLE company! I have never had such a distain of unprofessionalism, especially when I booked my move the owner ***** assured me they would do a great job.very opposite! I wasted a whole day they showed up an hour 15 mins late. The guy driving was smoking what appeared to be weed and then when both of them got out I smelt weed. Excuse I was giving was the last place smelt like weed. Reg flag one, the 3rd guy pulled up about 15 mins later in a car. The driver went over paperwork quickly with me for about 7 mins. Mind u my time starts at arrival. They didnt use the walk up rail on the truck nor Dollies that were on the truck. I had no living room furniture, no dining room tablethey moved boxes, tubs one Queen be with mattress box spring, another Queen ********** 2 nightstands and two chest. It took them 2 hours and a lot of the boxes were left on the sidewalk because myself and daughters helped to cut down on the time. I was charged $480 bucks and told that an hour time is for travel and thats paid regardless which was never communicated. Spoke with **** who was rude and dismissive. 3 grown men practically dragged there feet just to waste time which is unprofessional. My stuff was damaged and went to call and speak with the owner next day and my call was being dismissed go figure. These people are awful, unprofessional, rude and are weak as hell! When 3 females can basically out perform 3 grown men. Fox moving and storage will take your moneysending these guys out and basically telling them to take their time. Big time scammers.worst company I have ever dealt with and will definitely be spreading the word to not use them at all. Its pretty sad when these businesses take advantage of people in the lowest of ways. Never, never ever again!! If I couldve graded them a negative grade I would have without hesitation.
