    Bill and his team did an amazing job on our new large deck/screened in porch. They finished ahead of time, on budget, and were kind and professional the whole time. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have outdoor additions done. They’re the best!

    Deck plus did a great job on our screened porch and attached deck. Eric came up with a beautiful design and Bill stayed in contact with us and answered every question. The process takes time but the final product is well constructed and gorgeous. Thanks guys.

    Deposit paid May 20 2024. Not a single word from DeckPlus for two months. I had to contact DeckPlus with why I have not heard from anyone for 2 months. Project manager then magically assigned. And PM said he likes to text instead of visiting project. Amazing ! He showed zero interest in the project from start to finish. Now waiting for 7 days to have excess material picked up from driveway. Double the amount of Trex needed for the project was ordered and delivered. And I was told not to worry because I only pay for what was used. How stupid does DeckPlus think I am. Their quote is based on materials they think they need plus labor. PM has yet to come and review the work, which was completed a week ago. Guessing too busy or zero interest . No reliability or professionalism from this company shown at all. And still waiting to hear from their electrician to fix a light that was not reconnected correctly. It has been 5 days.

    Every phase of the project was perfect! We used Deck Plus to add an attached covered and screened porch with an additional open deck. It started with **** who came out to meet with us, discuss our project and work with us to develop a plan that was within our budget. Then our project manager **** met with us to go over every phase of the project. The communication regarding when each phase would be started and completed was awesome. He let us know when materials would arrive and when each person would be on site and what they would be doing while they were at our home. If something changed, he always let us know ahead of time. Construction was quick and top notch. Ananais and the other carpenters were extremely skilled, professional and their attention to detail was amazing. When construction was complete, **** met with us again to make sure all aspects of the project were completed to our satifsfaction. We love our new space and we cannot thank Deck Plus and their team enough for the incredible new addition to our home.
