    I went PLS on E. *************** in **********, **, on November 11, 2024. I had foreign currency from *********** (****** West African francs), valued at a little over 59 USA dollars. I was told by the clerk at PLS that there was no charge for this transaction. Yet, when it was time to give me the equal value of what my currency was worth, I was given $43. I told the clerk and others in that outlet that this wasnt the value or right amount of what I was supposed to get. They slightly argued with me that it fluctuates all the time. I had checked it before I came over, and at that moment, it was $59 and some cents. I feel like I was cheated out of $16. This isnt the way to do business. If there was no charge, why did PLS take $16 of the money I was supposed to get back? This company or its people, are cheating people who come into that outlet.

    It worst check cashing place if you have a tax return over ***** you have to bring your **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** your personal information you cash check not a tax preparation it sad

    This is by far the worst financial institution in the *****************. I walked in and opened an account that the cashier recommended. She said it was free. I came in the next month to find that I was being charged close to $7 a month for the card. They actively misrepresent products and services. This institution is an absolute scam that should be shut down it takes advantage of recent immigrants, refugees and minorities.
