    I took my ** to Kool Kustoms to do everything that they put onto the contract and informed them as to everything that I wanted but the only thing that was done was the removal of the kitchen sink, microwave, driver and passenger chairs, and the cabinets were taken out, as months passed I called to find out what was going on and he said he needs more money, that's when I told him that was not the agreement, so I stated to him let me see what you have done, and that's when I was informed that he ran out of money so he could not finish and that he has to move the ** because they had to move and he has no place to move it, so he took it to the shop where he was working but I have to pick it up, once I got there and seen he had painted my ** in the inside with purple paint I told him you told me you do custom work who paints a dash board with paint, you were suppose to take the dash board out and put leather onto the dash board, and that's when I asked him where are the driver and passenger seats and he informed me that a lady he knows has them and he just has to pick them up, so a week went by and he called and asked me can I come and get my ** I told him yes I have a place to move it but it's going to cost me more money, and he agreed to take care of that so I went to get my ** and moved it to another location and I asked him where are the seats, that's when he said he's going to pick them up and he called me and said he left the seats at the shop, once I got there to pick up the seats they were not done so I called him and he said he was not talking to me any more on the phone, and that he would talk to me through text from now on, I have not yet heard from him. Now I'm reaching out to BBB for some help in this matter because I feel like this company that now I know is not registered and never heard of has taken my money and I don't have anywhere else to turn, but I would like to get this resolved and get if not all at least the majority of my money back and also inform others of this company .

    All services were provided according to contract. During the project, my husband **** received a kidney transplant and we had to relocate which communicated per contract. All completed work on the interior was discussed, agreed to and liked by ************************ and a female he presented as his niece. After the ** was relocated by ********************************** and ******************************* (our contractor) attempted to meet with the client and complete the project. Due to a personal reason on ************************************** behalf; he decided to have someone else complete the work. All materials including the unfinished seating per his request has been returned to him along with a $1300.00 refund provided by ********************* to have the seats and curtains completed. All work complete is per contract. No additional refund will be issued. ************************ has been threating and confrontational while trying to resolve his concerns. I have emailed additional text communication and photos to ************************************************
