  Ordered a part for my car and received an email saying they do not have the part that it is in freight and will take longer and that I have to get in touch with delivery to schedule a drop off. That if they can not contact me they will consider the item abandoned and will not be issued a refund. I have called every day for the last week and no answere iv emailed them iv messaged them on website no answere. I have tried multiple ways to get in contact and cancel order. clearly this website is a scam and should not be allowed to conduct business, it is not selling t-shirts many items on site have a heaftier price and people are being scammed.

  Im in the same boat with rest of the people here. I should have taken the reviews seriously. I thought It wont happen to me. Well my order was placed in November of 2022. The order said processing for the longest time. Hmmm After sufficient time waiting for my part, (6 weeks) I emailed them. The reply was that its on Back Order. So I chose to wait longer. Its now May 2023 and I have yet to see the part.I replied to their emails kindly asking for a refund. Twiceand Nothing. No response . Of course not. Im not even going to bother calling after reading these reviews. I feel bad for the people who lost hundreds of dollars or they have parts that dont fit. Im out $100 ****** learned. Im going to submit this review wherever possible. Thieves. The worst part is they keep stringing you along with their emails promising you your part. It gives you hope. What a waste. What a shame.

  Do not order from this company. I ordered a hood and it did not fit my car. The website states it fits the make and model of my car - it did not. After sending pictures to prove it didnt fit. They still refuse to take the item back. I ordered the hood in December and Im still dealing with customer service to have this issue resolved. I purchased the item because their website advertised this item to fit my car and it didnt . Do not purchase from Truck and gear their website is advertising incorrect information.

  I ordered a front bumper for my *** when I received it, it was damaged and I wanted a refund. I contacted the shipping company about this and they told me to contact Truck and Gear since this is where I ordered the item from. However, after emailing and calling, I was finally able to speak to someone who told me that I would be getting an email. It has now been almost two weeks and never received an email. I just called and no one answered the phone. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to get ANYTHING off this site just because you don't know if your item is going to be damaged, and if it is just know you're not going to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM TRUCK AND GEAR. They have poor communication and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I'm very upset that a company would take hundreds of dollars from their "customers." I literally have my bumper just sitting in my room because I don't know what to do with it and NO EMPLOYEE will help me with my issue. I cannot stress this enough, since I would hate for someone else to lose such an amount of money.

  Terrible business! Bought side skirts for a vehicle that did not fit. Truck and Gear asked to send pictures of the product in position. When pics were sent they said they were not high enough quality. That was BS. Not being able to open the rear drivers side door is quite obvious. Truck and gear will do everything they can to not take a faulty item back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

  Ordered a part that said it was in stock and called a few times to be told that the part was processed and it was just being delayed because *** wasn't picking it up. Waited over a week and called again to be told that it wasn't actually in stock. Wonder how long it would have taken them to tell me it actually wasn't in stock if I didn't call.

  10 days after I placed my order I called in because it just said processed and waiting, the customer service representative said they weren't actually able to get the part and would just cancel my order. Wouldn't have known unless I called in.

  Theres nothing but liars dont order nothing from this company they say that they will return the product but they will not return it they will sell you something just to get the money
