Once Appnet team received my application explaining my need I was contacted by Rachel. She understood exactly what my business needs! Every communication with Rachel via email or over the phone was simple clear and effective. I feel so much comfortable to deal with one person from start to finish, and Rachel got things done in a very effective and professional way. As a business owner I recognize a job well done, and that behind Rachel there is a whole amazing group of people that makes Appnet a great company with exceptional talent. That is how a high quality product is delivered to every customer. Thank you so much for being part of our project, our website is amazing!

The entire staff at Appnet is always very helpful and promptly responds to whatever question or problem we encounter. Appnet did a great job from initial quote to final product (website review). Thanks Rachel for taking the time to advise, teach, and help co-create a great website. As we are a new business, it's important that our digital presence is modern and professional. The combination of web elements used and content (digital images, blogs, etc.) helped not only build a great website but also helped with search engine optimization which we expect to benefit from. The approach Rachel used was very straightforward and helpful and helped to demystify what it takes to build a proper websites. Beyond engagement and good communications, being available for brief calls to educate me and help me gain the needed knowledge to maintain the site was extremely helpful as the site needs to operate as a living digital entity. I’ve worked with Appnet for several years now. Our family was in the building materials business for over 75 years in the high country of western North Carolina so we had many different technology needs. Appnet helped us with website issues and also email servers. We have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with their services across several companies we own. I personally struggle with technology and the staff is patient and competent to help with issues - but also in helping to understand what we need and how to gently teach that also. I highly recommend Appnet and would encourage anyone looking for these services to arrange a meeting and see for themselves.Appnet.com

After using 4 other companies in trying to build a better website, I contacted Appnet and spoke with Mike. He was so helpful in answering all of my questions and offered suggestions on how to increase the traffic to our site. His confidence in his team was reassuring.
