    Respess Brothers Tree Service get a deposit first and dont do the work. They dont answer their phone.

    We at Respess Bros went out and gave a written quote for the job. This customer wanted to proceed and have the tree removed, so she signed the paperwork and we took a 10% deposit and informed that there would be at least 1 month wait. Customer agreed to terms. Approximately 1-2 weeks later she called and said she found a cheaper company and wanted her deposit back. We informed customer deposit is not refundable. She then made up all kinds of stories and resorted to lying trying to get deposit back. Customer became combative and told me to never come to her property again. So we havent been back per request of customer
