    Made and unauthorized charge to credit charge and refuses to refund amount. Have contacted them 3 times by phone and they will not return call to resolve. Currently have a case filed with Wake County Courts to resolve.

    May 14, 2024: You called again, and another *** took note of your request and provided the information to the Office Manager.
    June 4, 2024: a *** spoke with you regarding the refund.
    June 6, 2024: The Office Manager processed the refund and emailed you a receipt.
    We regret any delay in communication and resolution of your issue. Our intention is always to provide prompt and effective service to our valued customers.
    If there are any outstanding issues or if you have not received the refund, please contact us directly at ************, and we will ensure that it is addressed immediately. We also encourage you to check your spam/junk email folder in case the receipt email was filtered there.

    Crooks! I got a verbal estimate for $1K for HVAC repair. The technician (*******) and I had a long conversation about the unit being out of warranty and that is why it would $1k, He assured me that the $1k included everything (parts, **********) When it came time to pay the technician he claimed that his computer pas was locked up. So after a few minutes he handed me the pad with just the signature page showing. We had had a long conversation about the $1k price so I didn't think there would be any question about the amount, and I signed it. The next day I realized they had charged me $771 too much. They wouldn't allow me to talk to the technician (as I knew he would remember the $1k estimate) and the manager will not call me back. I asked my bank to dispute it but since I had signed an invoice for $1,771 they said I was locked into paying it.

    ****** was excellent. Everyone explained things and cleaned up afterwards. They were on time and followed through on everything we discussed. They accidentally removed old humidifier and discarded, so they immediately fixed it at their expense by installing a new humidifier (next day). Very pleased overall with their service.
