    We hired *********** crew to replace our old wooden 2nd story deck in Nov 2021 with Trex decking. ***** was professional, thorough & dependable from the moment I requested an estimate. The pricing was reasonable for a deck our size. At that time, they had an extremely long wait list; several months actually. That backlog should say enough-his company was in high demand. ***** kept us abreast of our deck projects timetable & filed the necessary permits & requested the county inspections. Everyone on the crew was respectful, extremely professional & apparently very experienced. They arrived promptly, worked diligently & cleaned up daily. After nearly 4 years, we are still happy with the Trex product & the how it was built. I recently found a small detachment on the lower railing to a post. **** came over the next day to inspect the area & once he determined it wasn't a Trex warranty issue, he returned the next day. Within 15 minutes, the issue was resolved. I recommend Decked Out of the Triad without hesitation & would hire them again for any decking project.
