    In Sept. 28, ************************************************************** May 2022. The total cost was $9,280.00 and I paid a $6960 deposit. I traded text messages with him in May and up to June 7, 2022, and now he does not answer text messages or return phone calls, my dock has not been delivered or installed. This is the same situation for 2 contracts that our Rosewater HOA is in. I am the President of the **** Contracts was signed on the same day, the contract amounts were $10,880 & $5760 and the deposits were $5440 and $2880. There is another resident in our subdivision that also signed a contract and paid a $10,000 deposit and has not heard from ******************* of Big Sky Dock Service LLC. None of us can get a hold of ****************. Your Help Please.

    Yes, we did take a deposit from them, and we are in the process of returning the monies to all parties involved.  *** broke his collar bone the beginning of March 2022 and was hoping to complete the project, but the healing process has been very slow.  We spoke to another dock company, and they are going to be taking care of these customers.  There was not a deposit of $10,000.00 from the other customer.  It was $7080.00 and all of his monies was returned.  We are not in the business to take money and not do the work.  The two docks were to be built with steel and that was going to be to heavy for how much *** is supposed to lift.  We are sorry and regret the situation that we were put in this spring. We are in the process of rectifying it as we speak.
