    Ive been a customer of ******************** for many years. Lately, the past few years they have become pushy with their constant reminders on email, text, phone calls, and coming to my house leaving notes. I have been working on my house the past two years getting ready to sell. Ive not been prompt on scheduling with them. Once instance was a couple years ago when someone pulled up in my driveway and placed a bull on my door. I saw on my camera, he didnt spray anything. Just sat in his truck in my driveway, left an invoice stating he did the work. I called the office and ***** came out to spray my home. This year, it happened again. A man pulled in my driveway, left a note to *********** and the next day I receive an invoice stating LeAundric was at my home and sprayed. My gate is always locked so they have to schedule with me. I cant trust this company anymore. I let it slide one time. I emailed the company stating this is not acceptable and I no longer want Action Pest control service. A man named ***** called me today. Said he was with Action Peat control and they havent been able to reach me. I told him Ive been busy and he kept talking over me saying he needs to schedule me before the end of the year. I told him I do not have to schedule. I never signed a contract. He started ******* at me saying hes already paid for my contract and I need to have them spray. I told him I do not want them on my property, stop calling me, stop texting me, stop billing me while he kept YELLING at me. Im not sure who ***** is but he has a horrible attitude and is very unprofessional yelling at customers! Over 20 years I paid them yearly. Emailing me an invoice of a service I did not receive is fraudulent. I will not be responsible for paying a service I did not receive.

    We are writing in response to the complaint submitted by Miss *****. After receiving her feedback, we promptly reached out to her to address her concerns. She graciously allowed us to revisit her property, where we performed the requested service at no additional charge.

    We are pleased to report that Miss ***** expressed satisfaction with the follow-up service. Furthermore, she informed us that she plans to remove her complaint from the BBB as her concerns have been resolved.

    On 4-30-18 signed a 4 yr. contract with Action Pest Control the initial total payment of $1455.20 with a total of $267.50 annually for the length of the contract. The contract states, for the annual fee, Action will perform inspections annually and will perform any necessary retreatments at no additional cost for the length of the contract. Initial spray was on 5-04-18 done by ****** used Taurus .06% 30 gal. He did a very through job of inspecting. Explained why he had to dig trenches where there was dirt next to the ***************** and spray below ground then cover the trenches up and drilled into concrete across front porch and every where that concrete was next to house, garages and workshop then spray down in the holes ,then fill holes back in.9-20-18 **** came to treat front flower bed with Taurus 0.6% that wasn't treated on 5-04-18 because, I had a food garden planted there. Ask him to check attic because, it previously was not checked. On 5-30-19 someone else came to inspect and sprayed underground in dirt areas and entire perimeter of ********** Talstar.06% 25 gal. 5-21-20 Same guy came as 2019 sprayed under the dirt areas and around perimeter of **********. Talstar .06% 30 gal. On 5-11-21 ****************** came sprayed perimeter of ********** above ground. No inspection done. Used Bifenthrin 7.9% 10 gal . On 5-11-22 MikeT and another guy came and he sprayed only dirt above ground. I watched on my DVR camera monitor. Ask **** why he did not spray the perimeter, he said spraying is a courtesy and he was told not to anymore. I ask what I was paying for and he said an inspection, but neither did an inspection even after I told him there were swarms of termites on window behind the **** I went and touched the brick that was wet from the spray no smell. Told **** to tell the owner I was not happy. I expected him to at least call me. I sent 2 emails to Action and still have not heard from them. There review said 100% satisfaction. Well I am not satisfied.
