    I live in a home that is only 2 years old & the ** unit had to be replaced within 6 months & still does not work!!!! They had 8 different guys come out, including the owner, who told us that our ** was never wired correctly. However, it still does not work. My poor sons are suffering in this heat with no **. They have never even apologized or rectified the issue!!

    Terrible business! Shoddy work. Really don't deserve any stars but I had to add one to complete this review! They installed a bathroom exhaust fan in my new home that continues to bang and clink when the wind blows. They sent a tech out to LOOK at it! He did not unscrew the housing to see what was loose inside. He stated that he did not see anything and said the siding crew probably did not put a flap on the house. I called again to see if someone would come out and take down the housing to ensure the duct is not loose, but they said they did their part and will not send anyone back out. The loud clinking noise is still happening, and I will now have to pay someone for their shoddy workmanship. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!!!

    Horrible quality and even worse customer service. We had this company out after furnace wasn't blowing warm air. They proceeded to tell us that because we a put on a deck that the vents had to be re routed in a way that the external vent didn't exit the house under the deck. We agreed to pay over $800 for them to do this and then the following fall we had the exact same problem. After calling the company, they were going to charge us a service fee to come out and look at the shotty work that they had done. We decided to call another company to see if they could resolve the issue. Right away they did an inspection and found a large amount of debris left by Survant and determined that the re routing of the vents wasn't even necessary. Not only did they do work that wasn't required they left 2 holes in the back of our house that weren't even aligned correctly to fit the bracket. After several emails with the owner, he said he would have to talk to the company that does the sub work for them. Weeks went by and nothing. I continued to email him but months later no response
