Windows Direct Recently installed a window for me. I chose them per a recommendation from my neighbor. I received a very efficient replacement for my window at a Reasonable price. The installation was quick and easy and the crew was prompt, efficient and friendly.

Window Depot is definitely a 5-star company. They were recommended to us and they did not disappoint! We were so impressed by the excellent quality of the windows, that we added additional windows, that were not covered by our insurance claim, to have ALL of the windows and the patio door in our home replaced. We immediately noticed the difference with these windows. We no longer need to close the blinds to block the sun and the energy efficiency is amazing! They open and close with ease and they look great!From the salesman, to the installers, to the owner, and the office staff...everyone was professional, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and organized. *****, the owner, goes above and beyond. He came to our house to ensure measurements were accurate before the project began and again after the job was complete to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We just had three exterior doors and two storm doors installed. *** who process from start to finish went so smoothly. ***** is wonderful and explains everything. His crew is very professional and caring. *** doors were installed in one day. *** color is beautiful and matches our siding perfectly. I just had my patio door( door and large fixed window) replaced by Window Depot and I am so pleased.***********************, the salesman, came to my house for the initial consultation. He had samples, explained everything and helped me match the color.**************** took measurements and then had the installation crew follow up with a second measure. The door was ready sooner than expected! The installation crew lead by ******************* removed my old door and rotting wood trim. They installed the new door perfectly. It matches my wood trim exactly!Before leaving they made sure I was satisfied, showed how to properly work the screen and cleaned up after themselves.Thank you to this wonderful crew and company for a job well done!Window Depot USA of St. Louis

Very nice people to work with, from the salesman to the installers. Very helpful with my insurance claim from start to finish. One of the owners even came to my house to help me with the lock on the slider after install.Window Depot USA of St. Louis

From start to finish everything was great! ***** was amazing to work with and made ordering the windows a breeze. The installation team was professional, efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. We have already noticed a positive change in the rooms the windows have been replaced in. I am very very impressed with the companys performance from start to end and follow up. I was worrying about the installation during cold & rainy weather but the installing team was so efficient 15 windows completed in less than 5 hours. Job well done ??Window Depot USA of St. Louis
