Run from these people! Worst experience I ever had trying to buy a house they don't want to answer any of your questions the owners have attitude problems. I turned my first time home buying experience into a nightmare. Do yourself a favor find a better builder.

To whom it may concern. ************* went under contract late February *********************************** a **************** When out his lot he knew there were no Storm Sewers, Sanitary Sewers, Water Lines, Roads or Electric. It was explained multiple times it is still in Development and it would be mid summer before any progress is started on the homes. ************* was represented by a Buyers Agent from *****************************. She also kept him informed and updated. ************* would text the Builder at 3am complaining and making multiple change orders. On June 6 ************* texted the builder pages and page of texts asking why progress hadn't been made and it was explained again the location received 10 plus inches of rain in April and May and it made Development progress slow. Development has to be completed before the homes can be dug. Water Lines were almost completed and roads are scheduled. Mr. ****** went on via pages of texts going off on the builder saying a few things like "dig the **** hole," "I want to see progress," "Do something so I can shut my wife up," "I am going to be a pain in the a** the whole way," I get yelled at by my wife so in turn I yell at you and that's how it works." After received multiple rude and uncalled for texts from Mr. ****** the Builder decided it would be best to release the contract. The Builder has printed all of the texts from harassment and slander and can upload them to this response. Mr. ****** sent an apology text begging the Builder not to release the contract. The Builder thought it was still best to release the contract. In good faith the Builder returned Mr. ******s $2500 ******* Money and did not keep any of it even though Mr. ****** signed an agreement that the ******* Money is Non-Refundable. It is unfortunate We were never able to builder a house for Mr. ****** because of the way he thinks he can treat others.
