5 starsI just had 2 trees removed. 4/19/24. One dead and one a huge Bradford ***** They did a great ********** up and ***** removal was also done very well. Would recommend them for tree removal.Review fromSteven S

STL Tree served my property today. cut down an ash tree(did fine) , gut they then trimmed a sweet gum in the front yard. The way they left the sweet gum in the front yard leaves much to be desired. The tree looks out of balance and like a real non professional amateur butchered this mature tree! I would never hire this company again for any tree service. Not only in their workmanship but also their commitment to customer ********************** and customer satisfaction. STAY CLEAR!

We do sincerely apologize about the misunderstanding on our quote. We are always trying to go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy and their expectation have been met. Our quote was to trim back Sweet gum tree in ************** so that it was away from the structure. Upon arrival customer assumed that the entire tree was going to be completely reshaped. At this point we agreed to trim tree with with the customers guidance, so that expectations were meet. Customer then became belligerent and told us to get off the property. This was after customer was told that we would trim the tree so that there were satisfied. No were on the quote did it stated the the tree was going to be re-shaped. The following day we attempted to follow-up to further discuss this review and never received a response back.Review fromGARY B
