  I cannot believe how incredibly **** ***** is that answers the phone, whatever happened to ***************** I am horrified at how this business treats paying customers. I called last week because my trash didnt get picked up and she said there was no reason why it didnt but they wouldnt be back by until this week. In response to her I dont give a c*** attitude I sarcastically asked what I am supposed to do with my garbage for another week, just let it pile up in my yard? She was hateful about it and basically hung up on me. After I sat for a few minutes and thought how unacceptable this is, I called back and canceled my trash service and asked to have my bin picked up. It has now been 2 weeks without pick up. I hired a new company!! Ozark Refuse was in my neighborhood yesterday and still did not get the bin full of trash. How can businesses continue with treating customers so rudely and get away with it. I would rather eat my trash than use this pathetic excuse for a business! I would rate negative stars if this was a possibility.

  I apologize for Tracis behavior. She is fairly new and still learning how to properly answer questions. And she does have a gruff voice in general so she doesnt necessarily sound friendly, even when she is not upset. I will definitely speak to her about this and make sure she does better. As far as your trash being missed, I think I know exactly what the problem is. The past two weeks we have had a substitute driver on your route. I see a note in your account that your trash sits on Holiday but that is not noted on the drivers route sheet. The regular driver knew this but the substitute driver did not so he had your trash marked as not out because it wasnt sitting on Graystone Court. It should have been noted so this was definitely our mistake. I understand you found another company but I dont want you to have bad thoughts about us. We do strive to provide excellent service. I will make sure we get our container picked up as soon as possible and refund your credit card for the balance left on your account. Again I apologize for all of this. Please let me know if theres anything else I can do.

  Well I worked for them for a bit until I found out they have a guy their who's on a ankle monitor for pedophilia. Then once I asked about that my hours started to get cut not to mention they pick recycling up with trash and don't recycle it. Then on top of it they not supposed to be in Ozark but they are breaking the city ordinance plus we use the speed up blade at 4:30 in the morning breaking the noise ordinance

  Horrible, rude, lied about picking up trash 3 weeks in a row, refused to refund my payment for service that was cancelled.

  I've used our L0CALLY HOME OWNED & OPERATED Ozark Refuse trash removal service for multiple houses for over 20 years. I could not be more satisfied with their service, ************* kind, helpful communication on any occasion I had phone contact with them. We should ALL strive to support our local companies. Their rates are WAY below the corporate refuse companies in Springfield & wouldn't dream of changing! Thank ALL of you at Ozark Refuse for your dependable & dedicated service!!!!!!!!
