    Our trash has not been picked up since March 23rd and they said they are going to try to pick it up with the pickup truck. I have had them for a long time. Our pickup day is Thursday and sometimes they will pick it up a day or two later.

    The have not picked up my trash and they told me their truck was not working and my trash is on the curb and they still  have not picked it up. This has been going on for days. I want it picked immediately.  This is poor customer service.  They should not treat their customers this way.  I was told I should call the BBB so that's what I am doing.

    I&#**;ve had their trash services for over 5 years, and there were several times my trash wasn&#**;t picked up although I was paying for the services. I have since decided to cancel my trash services, but the containers are still on my property and taking up space. I have tried calling but haven&#**;t been able to reach anyone.

    We have had this trash service for almost two years and have never received a ****. The weekly pick up with this company has been fantastic but *********************/billing is awful. We have called several times to get a **** and receive no response from the company but twice our service has been stopped for non-payment. The last time they demanded over $550! I feel tha this is extortion. There are no billing records, no past due records, just this huge sum. ************* we had no pickup with no reason. Despite leaving two messages we have yet to hear back from them. If I do I expect to owe another outrageous amount. I am changing to a reliable, reputable service because this is ridiculous and has to be illegal.
