Date of first transaction 4/28/23.$2,600 Next transaction 5/4/23 $2,600 Next transaction 5/16/23 $650 Built a roof over the deck. At first it was too small and didn't cover the deck so they added on. The gutters leaked and they tried to fix it twice before they hired a gutter guy to fix it properly. Roof seam between our house and the deck roof leaks and has leaked for a year. We are worried that the wood has been damaged after a year of faulty construction. They have been out several times trying to fix it with caulk which is not a permanent solution. They have been rude off and on and try to blame us for the poor construction. They are slow to return calls and texts and take a long time to do repairs. The roof shouldn't need constant repairs for leaking. We're concerned that our house roof may end up leaking and damaged. We're also concerned about water damage to the deck roof from constant leaking over the past 12 months. It makes **** mad when they have to come back to fix something yet it is not our fault. The roof needs more than caulk. I don't know anything about construction but I think there needs to be some flashing or some type of metal put under the house shingles and over the deck roof shingles to stop the leaking. We just want it fixed. We feel like after a year of leaking that they should pull back the shingles and inspect the roof seam and roof boards for moisture damage.
