      Our builder, ***************************, purchased windows from Herrman Lumber in ***********. We have contacted Herrman Lumber ** several times about moisture between the window panes and leakage. They made an effort to reseal the window, but we still have moisture between the panes. **ntinued efforts by us and the builder have been ignored.

      The manager (*****************************), spoke to *************************** with MBA Homes today. **** hasn't heard from the ******* in at least three weeks and knew of only scratches on the window. He expressed that the leaking had been repaired and was going to call Herrman to get a replacement due to the scratches. 

      8/3/23...we were contacted by **** about a water leak. 8/17/23...service tech went to home and caulked window. 11/17/23...we were contacted about a glass leaking. 11/28/23...tech went to home and determined the glass needed to be reglazed, due to cold weather the window was reglazed on 1/5/24. We did receive a call from the homeowner prior to that on 12/14/23 wanting to know when we would be out. 

      This is now a manufacturer's (Jeld-Wen) warranty issue. We have contacted the manufacturer this morning (5-15-24). They will be contacting the homeowner direct. It will between those parties going forward. Herrman Lumber does not warranty product beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Windows appear to have been installed in January 2020.

      In addition to my previous respond, according to the window manufacturer (********) the replacement glass for the scratched glass not a leaking window should ship around 6-11-24. Again, as per the builder ***************************, there are no leaking windows. Also, **** indicated the Trogdons are not communicating with him with any issues concerning the build but are going around him to vendors themselves leaving him in the dark. As you can see from this and the previous reply, Herrman Lumber has been responsive to the situation and do not agree with this complaint.  We have supporting dates/documentation to back up our actions, opinions, and position.
