    I purchased an Anytone 878 UV II Plus from Bridgecom yesterday and paid for 2 day shipping. On their own website they claim that orders will be shipped same day if made before 3 PM and they claim to place load times for purchases that longer to fulfill. Given that their site did not show an estimated load time for the radio I purchased, I figured it would ship the same day I placed the order. Instead, Bridgecom chose to leave me in the dark until I called them. Apparently orders are stacked and it's going to take an additional week even though I paid them for 2 day shipping. This is outrageous and their site does not have a single notice telling you this before making a purchase. I bought the radio from Bridgecom to have it sooner in the first place. Had I known this I would have gone with literally any other seller.

    We apologize to Randy for this issue.  We found ourselves without inventory.  We were due to receive our stock on Feb 6th.  Our forwarder has delayed this until Feb 10th.  We had not updated the website yet.  We issued a prompt refund.  Again, we apologize for this oversite on our part.     Bridgecom came out with a member benefit program in May 2022. The program cost $20 a month, and had several claimed benefits with it. I never received any promised benefits from being a member. I contacted the company multiple times to have the issue corrected. I even spoke with a representative for the company, many times over the course of a couple months. Just to have them stop replying, with no resolution to my issue. As a member I was promised a chance to win giveaways, exclusive to the other Bridgecom Plus Membership. I never received any way to enter. They claimed I blocked their emails, but I get A LOT of emails from this company. Just not any emails that are part of the "benefit" of being a member. They didn't uphold their end of the contract. If they really thought I blocked those specific membership emails, they never offered a solution. I feel I have been ripped off $120 as I was a member for 6 months. As soon as I thought I was making progress to have the issue fixed. They stopped corresponding with me. They do not post accurate reviews on their website. They do not let negative reviews (sub 4 stars) show on their site, or be reflected in their rating. This is a very shady company in my opinion.
