  This company tried to double my move cost with no proof of increased CF, no paperwork signed at pickup and just doubled the price at delivery. They are not acting in accordance with the *** or FMCSA.

  WARNING! Stay away from using this moving company!!! I was also paired with this company through an initial "broker" that set up the cross-country move. It was a nightmare. First, they got the storage unit address wrong by about 8 hours away forcing us to get a hotel room for the night before heading to our ** place from **. Finally, upon arrival with a 26-foot Uhaul, they said that the load (sq. foot) was underestimated by the broker and put us on the spot saying we'd need to sign a new contract for more money before loading. There wasn't really any choice for us... They loaded with nothing taken apart such as plastic garage shelving. These were loaded with nothing on them at all which took up more space, but there was still some room. It took a week to get our stuff which was fine. But, upon arrival (near nightfall), a different truck (Penske) was used so our stuff was transferred at some point. Some our our load was strapped to the back of the truck as they had someone else's stuff (mainly furniture) loaded with our items and didn't have enough room. Before unloading, full payment was required...stuck again. When the door of the truck opened, our stuff was so jam-packed, that it was ridiculous, and many items stacked on each other with no padding between. We were assured that any damage could be claimed. Anything that could be taken apart, was. Even all the shelving. This also included the top of our grandfather clock which a piece was broken off and totally missing not to mention many furniture items damaged with scratches, crushed edges, etc. I called and sent emails about the claim process and was told to send pictures, which I did. They finally quit answering me after that and will not tell me what the claim process even is, although I've asked many times. In total, over $7800 was paid to this company, not to mention almost $4700 to the broker who doubled his price when the final estimate was completed. I wish there were 0 stars to mark for this company!

  I was paired with this company through a subcontracting company and it was the worst service I could have imagined. It took over a month to get my things (which included necessities like my clothes, furniture, and kitchen stuff). Despite multiple calls to the primary company, no one ever called me back to give me an estimate on when the delivery would be. When someone finally did call, they expected me to be ready for delivery same day and we had to scramble to get my stuff back. Now I am trying to contact them to make a claim on a desk they broke and they aren't answering their phone or email. Seriously, AVOID.
