    Dont buy from Plug! I got sent a defective phone, I notified them right away I got to send it back they supposably repaired it. 3 months later phone changes blue and screen is completely black. I contact them again. They seem bothered. Im well in my one year warranty.And I start to be ignored. I send email after email and they answer but once they find out its me they ignore again. there is no number to call. they are a fraud never again! $700 dollars down the drain ridiculous

    DO NOT BUY FROM PLUG.TECH!I bought a MagSafe charger for my sons iPhone along with a couple of other accessories. Return policy looked reputable. Even though I wasnt thrilled with Plugs policy that they would charge a 10% restocking fee, I still placed my order. When I tried to return the MagSafe charger because it did work with my sons iPhone, I noticed that all 3 items were deemed ineligible for return. So, in reality, Plug is charging a 100% restocking fee!!! Would have given ZERO stars but this forum doesnt allow a zero star submission!Will never buy from this company again!!!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU EVEN HAVE THE THOUGHTS OF RETURNING ANYTHING! They claim free returns while in reality they charge 10% restocking fee. I bought a $500 MacBook so it came to a $50 fee! So unacceptable when theyre claiming free returns. I also bought it on a Friday however it was past the cutoff time but wasnt aware of that because they hid that and it didnt end up coming until the next Wednesday (I bought this for school and it didnt come until after school had already started due to their coverup)! Im giving them 2 stars because what I got was amazing, but when it comes to customer service, it was horrible. I think a businesses product can only be as good as its service. Company blatantly lies to consumers through false advertisement. Would not recommend. (For the record I was returning it to upgrade to a newer version of the laptop because I was able to get enough money to buy the newer version.)

    This company is the best refurbished product supplier! My order was supposed to arrive in 2 days but arrived overnight! I got an iPhone XR in good condition and I love it. This company is legit.
