    Attended the event with timed entry tickets for 8:00 pm. on October 7, 2023. We arrived on time, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, our visit was marred by significant delays and mismanagement. Here are the key issues we faced:Extended *********** We were directed to the General Admission queue, where we waited for over two hours just to enter the first house. This prolonged delay seriously impacted our experience and heightened our anticipation for what was to come.Multiple Lines: Upon entering the first house, we encountered multiple additional lines, which further frustrated us. It was disheartening to see that the event appeared to be mismanaged, causing unnecessary delays for patrons.Power Outages: The event suffered from three separate power outages during our visit. These outages disrupted the immersive atmosphere and contributed to our decision to leave the event prematurely. When we expressed our concerns to the staff, we received excuses and dismissive responses.Timed Ticket Upcharge: We paid an upcharge for timed entry tickets, which proved to be of no benefit, considering the crowds and long wait times experienced by General Admission patrons.Customer Service Interaction: After the event, we attempted to address our concerns with the customer service department. Unfortunately, the interactions were marked by dismissiveness, rudeness, and unhelpfulness.Due to the unsatisfactory nature of this experience, I took the step of disputing the charge with my credit card company to prevent further financial involvement with ***********.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigates this matter and takes appropriate action to address these issues with scarefest.com. My intention in filing this complaint is to express my dissatisfaction and ensure that other patrons do not face similar challenges in the future.
