    Started the design project that ended up going nowhere and lost the deposit. Online communication in writing only, so you can't speak to the designer or account manager. After home page was built ( not perfectly) was asked to pay the balance for complete site. If you're looking for custom site and know exactly what you want it to look like, I would look somewhere else. Limited revisions. Due to communication issue makes it impossible to achieve the desired result. Poor customer service, retention and ************************* don't seem to be able to work photoshop to even remove an object from the background.

    OMG! What a pleasurable and professional experience it was working with Silver Scope Designs. I have worked with other web design companies including one of the most popular, but none of them can compare or compete with Silver Scope Designs. From the first minute you talk with them you feel at ease. Steve and Emily (my two team members) did an awesome job listening to what I wanted, they heard what I was saying and shared my expectations, and then they delivered. They created my website, letterhead, business cards, and a great looking brochure. What a great job, I am so happy. ******************
