    Electricians alert! Please do not use this company. They are dishonest.We had a Lumicon inspection done by this company and ***************************** was assigned to do the inspection. He told the electricians that the inspection passed and everything was OK. We received the report today from **** and he failed the report and turned it in to St Louis **************************** with confusing information. He told our electricians that everything was OK What he wrote up was not true. It is as though he wrote whatever came to his mind. None of it was true. An erroneous report.This is poor business and the report was confusing and made no sense.We paid $700 for this inspection and got nothing. This company is deceptive. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY.

    We hired DOTec Corp for someone to come out and analzye a kitchen wall we wanted removed for a kitchen remodel. We needed to know if it was load bearing or not. They were paid the required $1000.00 fee up front, someone came out on 10/31/23 and as of today, 12/01/23 we have not received an answer. We have contacted them a few times during this process to be told 1) it takes 10 days, 2) it is on the board and we will handle first thing Monday morning) and 3) someome would call us back. None of these things have occurred. We had to hire someone else so our remodel could start on time. Very disappointed with this company; deceptive/fraud practices. I do not recommend.
