  *** made a bunch of orders from mgw they always had good shipping and zero issues but on my most recent order i had a magazine fail within the 1st hour of using it i figured i was screwed but emailed them and to my surprise they quickly made it right so imo they stand behind the products they sell and are 100% worth buying from

  I was looking for a part for my rifle that I needed before my hunting trip, which was coming up. Found it on their site, great. I added it to my cart and selected the fastest shipping method possible, which cost about the same as the part. This was on a Saturday and the site showed that my shipping method would have a home delivery of Tuesday. I thought that would be perfect because I was leaving that Wednesday. I thought nothing of it until Tuesday morning when I received a notification that my part was shipping. I contacted customer service and they said "we don't work on weekends". Great, so your site is a complete lie of when something will ship. Which I made sure to point out. No where on the site does it say "we don't work weekends, so don't expect your item to be delivered when it says it will." No response...also interesting ITS TUESDAY and you finally picked and packed!!! Monday is not a weekend and you couldn't even ship a rush order I paid for on Monday ( not that it would've made it on time, but still, have a little pride). Worst customer service from this type of company. They said, "it's already packed, even though it hasn't left the building, we can't cancel the order". Thank you for wasting my money, my time and offering about the worst service ever. There were many things you could have done to make it right. I will never shop on your site again. Basically it's a sham.

  They send me emails 1 to 2 times a week. I have emailed them, chatted with them and talked to them on the phone to try to get it stopped. They will not STOP sending me emails! The outcome is, once you sign up or order from us, we can send you whatever we want, have a nice day!

  Mid west gun works sold me a t shirt, sent the wrong size, asked me to check the size like i don't know what size i wear. .I sent the shirt back they claimed they never received it even though the **** informed via tracking they did receive the shirt. They finally conceded and said they would refund my money this is a month later. Then they shorted me $8.00 on the refund. they charged me ***** and refunded me ***** . Piece of **** company didn't want to cover shipping even though it was their fault. They are a horrible company to deal with. 0 stars ***************************
