Inspection of home and referred repairs made by this business. Quoted a $75 fee to reinspect after repairs made. Then received a $175 invoice. Bait and switch. I dont wish any harm to the business but a business owner either does what is right or they dont.

The quoted price was for a reinspect for a previous inspection. This buyer illegally obtained a copy of a report done for another buyer and failed to state that at the time of the quote. The buyer was cutting corners taking advantage of a report that he did not own or have rights to. The bait and switch the buyer. Shame on you for trying to get a discount on something you did not pay for.

Very disappointed, I have tried to contact multiple times after they failed to properly inspect my home. When brought to attention and shown photos verbally agreed they must of missed that particular part of the home. We will make it right Came to my house to reinspect, proceeded to say we lied and moved items that was obstructing the view and that is why they missed it. However I 100% did not do so and would contest to a lie detector test to even prove it. They left on bad terms and was insulted i questions the inspection. Not to mention the leaking tub that has copper pipes and was green with a rag hanging off of it. (Clearly indicator it was leaking and you could physically see it). I let a week or two go by to let things cool off. Asked for a full refund (which was offered multiple times over the phone eagerly) I now have been ghosted refuse to answer text messages and phone calls. I would not take the time out of my day to write this if I felt I wasnt truly wronged by this company. They are proven to mess up and now will not keep their word. Just asking for the refund and Ill hire someone to fix it properly.

******************************* that just wrote the negative review is a person nobody should do business with. He will lie to your face, insult you and then try to say it is your fault. He is a dishonest person and just wants someone else to pay for his mistakes. Anyone that has done business with him can confirm that.
