Today is September 6, 2022. I purchased a business plan with Doodlekit (under Doodlebit, LLC) to create a website and host a domain for my non-profit on 8-23-2016. Since then my website has gone down multiple times without warning or explanation from the company. Within the last two years, I created domain related email addressees for the individuals working with my non-profit and they were thus registered with Doodlekit because they are my domain host. On Thursday of last week my website went down and my email addressees were no longer working. I checked the account to see if there was an issue with my card on file. My account is posting as active, however my website ************************* is not working at all. When I look up the domain on other sources, it is listed as expired. They have just charged my card on 8-23-2022 for another year ($288) and I am unable to utilize the service. I would like to transfer my domain to another site; however, after 15 to 20 emails to the company I have received no correspondence. I am hesitant to close the account out of fear my domain will be lost forever. The domain is tied to many important documents and grants we work with. I am in desperate need of help to get my domain back. I would appreciate if someone could help or point me in the right direction.
