    I had the One Planet's trash and recycle service for a couple of months and then moved to a place where it is included in the rent. I initially asked for a refund around the beginning of August 2024. I have not received my refund yet, I've called and have been frequently emailing their customer support person who has not helped and is no longer replying to my emails.

    I paid my bill on my debit card and the system gave me an error message. So, I paid with a different card instead. I got the same error message. Now BOTH cards have been charged the full amount of my bill and One Planet Sanitation is claiming I never paid anything. I have emailed over proof of the payments posting to both cards and they are refusing to credit my account for the payment. Now they have canceled my service for “non-payment” and refuse to work with me on a solution.

    Hello. This customer's service was suspended for non-payment after they were approximately 60 days past due. Half of the payment referenced, was for services already provided. The customer corresponded via email and telephone with our office staff and subsequently blocked our telephone number. Their first two payments were declined, then they first sent over images from their other payments, which showed "pending" transactions. We explained we would not restart service until the payments had cleared. They then sent images showing the payments had cleared and we followed up with our credit card processor which confirmed the transactions. This customer was refunded one payment and service was restarted. We have attached a history of pick-ups, which shows only one week was not serviced for non-payment. We cannot provide an image of the refund without showing identifying information, however. The customer was also sent the attached email referencing the payments, which we did not receive a response. This customer is still with us and has not cancelled their service.
