  Airodigital is amazing!! The company I work for was using a local company and we were having some issues. **** happened to reach out during our time of frustration and he got a call scheduled. He went over everything and was amazing to work with. Our account is now managed by ****** and she is beyond AMAZING!! She is so kind and patient and she has gone above and beyond to help us get our new website launched! We are so happy with Airodigital and the services they offer. Best part, we are getting way more bang for our **** with them!!

  My boyfriend and I went here and decided to give them 2 different jobs at the same time, one for his website and one for mine. ************************* was our rep that did our work. What a mistake this was. He did such a bad job that we both basically wasted our money. Nothing worked the way he said it would. He made all kinds of promises and he just didn't have the skill set to do what he suggested we should do. I imagine there are people here that could do a good job but we didn't get one of them. We demanded our money back and they refused to give us a refund. What a complete waste of our time and money we literally have to go somewhere else and have someone that knows what they are doing do what we needed.

  This company is great. They are very passionate about their work. They have maintained my website and helped me build every step of the way, and they care about their customer. They also have helped my businesss SEO exposure. I feel confident that my customers will find me when they are looking what my business has to offer.

  We hired airodigital in January 2022 to create and manage two websites. In February 2022 we were shown the first website design. We requested a couple of changes. Approximately a month later ***** requested info to go live. I requested to see the changes. I was not answered. In the busyness of my days I forgot about Airodigital. In January 2022 I realized we were still paying them $300 per month. I contacted them via email, no response for three business days, and then I called. I was told someone would follow up with me. Two business days later, still nothing. I called again and spoke with Scott. I asked to speak with the owner. I learned the owner lives abroad and has little to nothing to do with running the business. A few days later I connected with **** who is the customer service manager. Airodigital cinckuded, because I was on a month to month contract the maximum refund they could offer is 3 month or $900. They also wanted to retain me as a customer and offer their same services for $100 per month moving forward. I can't believe how unethical this company is. They never provided a single service and we paid them $2700 and they don't see anything wrong with that decision. They put their failed service on me because I didn't cancel.
