      DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY AND SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY VERY UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Horrible company. Came out to drop a tree AWAY from our house....well they did not drop it away from our house. My wife was on the front porch when they fell the tree, all of a sudden she heard them yelling run get everyone out of the house. The tree fell and crushed my dog kennel, damaged my porch and hit my wife. Upon speaking to them about fixing the damages the owner **** said "I didn't mean to what do you expect me to do?" Well as a business manager I expect you to fix any issues and damages you caused. **** thinks it's all about getting money out of him. I do not need Nick's money, I need my property that was damaged repaired or paid for. **** finally agreed to pay bare minimum for the dog kennel being crushed and I told him ok fix that and I will have to take you to court for the rest of the damages. At this time **** replied with "I didn't damage anything else and if you're taking me to court I'm not paying for the dog kennel either" this is a classic case of blackmail. He acknowledged damaging the kennel and refused to pay. As soon as I told him the conversation is recorded and this is blackmail he agreed to pay my wife cash for the dog kennel. A damaged porch, destroyed dog kennel, and a wife that was hit by a falling tree and a whooping $223 dollar payment for the dog kennel.

      The tree that fell did not damage any part of his deck. It hit 2 dog pen panels that cost 100 dollars apiece. We asked him if he would rather us pay for the panels or fix it. He wanted the money instead. So we took the promenade panels off and moved the other panels closer together attached them so they could still use the dog pen until they fixed it. We already paid for the damages and have the receipt to prove it.  And pictures of his deck and where the branch fell showing it didn't hit his deck.
