    I had Monster Tree Service remove 2 Birch ************ 5 others. This was in November 2021. I am now experiencing the results of their tree trimming. The tree removal was fine. All clean up was done well. The issue was the tree trimming. As I am getting bids for another round of tree trimming, Ive left Monster off of my list. Ive had more issues w/tree branches breaking since they did the work. I have educated myself better for this round of ************************************* had LIONS-TAIL trimmed my branches. Upon initial trimming, trees looked great. HOWEVER, lions-tailing trims all inside branches putting weight at ends of branches (like a see-saw with a person only at one end). This leaves branches susceptible to breakingand they have. I can look up into my trees now (July 2023) & see ONLY new growth on the inside of the trees. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND OR USE MONSTER TREE SERVICE AGAIN!!

    Monster Tree Service is A number one! They were friendly, steady workers and fast BUT careful. They knew what they were doing. They had to disassemble a yard ornament that had several tapered layers WITH various sized on each level. They were very conscious during the disassembly and reassembled it correctly. I freaked at first until I saw the disassembly. They know what they were doing.
