      They seriously sent me a letter soliciting my family to purchase a monument for my mother who passed barely a month ago??!! Are they, like, the ambulance chasers of monuments? This is in the worst of bad taste. Luckily, my mother already has a monument but, if she didn't, this company would be the absolute last I would ever consider.Disgusting.

      My wife recently passed away. Among the many sympathy cards received was one from Twin City Monuments in ************, **. I have no business dealings or have not even heard of this company before. I think it's disgusting that they troll the obituaries for possible business.************************* **********************************************************************************************

      We often send out information to families letting them know we are here to assist and help families in the memorial process and a token of help and information as this was not an intent to hurt this families feelings or to upset them we just want families to know we are here to help them in the process of selecting a memorial now or in the future whenever they are ready. Please know we are sorry if we have hurt anyones feelings as this is not what we want. Take Care.
