    Club Ready guaranteed we would have an exit fee waived from them. Manager approval. Now that manager is no longer with the company they will not approve this. Yet, we have had time and time again many issues with them. They promised us a software that does NOT perform as promised. 1) Club Ready assured us that Childcare is within there solution - this is false. 2) Club Ready told us that purchases could be made in the app - this is false 3) Club Ready messed up our system so badly that upon opening no one was charged and no bookings could be made 4) Club Ready is continuously in a state of being down 5) Club Ready left us with no representative for months while our email inquiries wen no where 6) Club Ready was going to place a request for software reimbursement- months later I heard nothing. But when I brought it up again, within hours the reimbursement was completed. Clearly, the ball was dropped.7) We last spoke with ***** ******* 2/9/23 - where is the 2+years for that? 8) Club Ready claimed to have integrated 2 way texting in the platform - this is false. We had to then add on Club Ready Connect - a product that is severely lacking.

    There was a product fee waived (MFA) which we did honor. In our ticketing system, on October 30th, we did explain to the customer that if at a previous time the exit file fee was waived by a manager that is no longer with our company, that was over a year ago and only at that time.  The customer didn't follow through with accepting that offer at that time.   I have attached a document with conversations from our ticketing system explaining to the customer why the exit file fee would not be part of any fees waived..
