    I had a full detail done on 6/28 on our Bronco, the Bronco has a protective film on the windshield and while cleaning it they left scratches in the film. They refuse to take accountability and pay for the repair or replacement.

    Regrettably, we were not previously informed about the presence of a protection film on the windshield before conducting our services. As a result, we find ourselves unable to assume any liability in this situation. Furthermore, I have noticed that the paper receipt you kindly shared with us includes warnings and instructions explicitly stating not to scrub the surface. 

    It is crucial to mention that had we been made aware of the protection film's existence and received proper instructions, we would have taken the necessary precautions and accepted our responsibility accordingly. However, due to the lack of communication from any party involved during the detailing process or prior to it, we cannot and should not be held liable for any damages incurred. 

    We value our customers' satisfaction greatly and aim to provide exceptional services. If there is anything we can do to assist you further or address any concerns you may have, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to resolving this matter in a professional and satisfactory manner.

    Hello, I would like to first add that the business is not legally registered in the state of Missouri. The business also does not have a city business license in the city business of ******* to be operating in city limits. I found Detail On Demand on Google and they came out and detailed my car inside and out and on the outside when they detailed it with the power washer it chipped my car. I am a business owner myself and offered to help the owner of the non register business ****** **********" register his business legally he declined the help.

    The customer had chips on the bumper of the car when I started the job.  I mentioned this to him.  And we didn't cause any new chips.

    Customer is unwilling to allow a professional paint expert to check paint’s condition to see if it’s already failing or has been resprayed. Customers video proof is blurry and unrecognizable.
