    Terrible customer ********************** and significantly overpriced. $157 for 3 months of trash service when they cant pick up you dont even get credited and have to wait until the following week.

    The new owners are horrible. They have no concept of what their. Dad left for them. We have tried to work with them. Particularly *******, thinks she is entitled ruler over trash service for Aurora. Well done Aurora, give a company a city account that has no regard for customer service.

    This is the worst trash company we have ever had. They gotten to the point to where they now pick and choose what they pick up. The guy who drives the new trucks that does all the work is the laziness driver's I've have ever seen. The driver on our route wouldn't even get out of the truck to pick up a bag that he dropped. He just drove off and left it laying on the ground. This time I had a couple of bags that didn't fit securely in the can. So I put them in another tote so he wouldn't have to get out ,like he wouldn't anyways and he wouldn't even pick that can up. And just left it sit. I have never had any trouble like this with any other company before **** got in this town. I'm saying they ****. Their customer ********************** department are not doing anything about it either. They don't do anything to make things better. Since the city decided to have these people in here and put out all the other companies that we all never had any problem with. We have to deal with it so they say. They say if we don't like it then move out of town. And that's ****************** ********. Bunch of greedy people in this town and they hire greedy companies,. I will never do business with **** again. And if it was for the stupid city having them in here I wouldn't have anything to do with them anyway, there way over priced and don't pick up what you put out. Whatever happened to the real companies that wasn't so lazy and actually picked up what was put out.
