    ****** ****** and R and R Customs Builds and Design were hired to install a deck at my residence in 2023. They did not install my deck correctly and is not only unsafe to use but my house leaks water now due to the incorrect installation of my deck. Ive contacted or tried contacting ****** several times but he gives me an excuse on fixing the issue or ignores me completely. Has said to me hes to busy. Bit wasnt to busy to take ****** from me when I needed a deck built.

    I hired ******-(R and R H31373332**3437333135H and Design) on October 3 2023, I have a job scope of the work he was going to be doing-Driveway, Patio, sidewalk and drain). In the scope it require a $10000 payment on 11/6/2023. The Scope wasn&#**;t to exceed the date November 24, 2023. Otherwise ****** was going to $50.00 per day after the 11/24/24. I want my deposit of $10000 immediately. When I spoke with ****** he also stated he would give me additional $500.00 for my patience. I want a total refund to me of $10000 plus the $500, I want a total refund of $10500,00.

    They came over to start the project on 07/22/2023 and they told me the project would take three days to complete. I gave him $5000 before they started the project. They started project they were working for two days and on the third day that is when the issue started. On the 07/26/2023 he requested $1500.00 stated some bills needed to be paid. I gave him the $1500.00 and I have not seen him since that day. I have reached out to him and he stated that he was in the hospital and he stated that his guys would be at my home this past Monday and they never arrived. I called and he stated that one of his guys had fallen and they were suppose to arrive the next day but they never showed up. I have a lot of material in my driveway that needs to be removed to HOA. He had me pay ****** *** ** ******. I need him to finish the job.

    We are going out there today and tomorrow.  She already knew this last week.  We are not charging her the balance of the job.  We are going out there finishing everything and we told her that she is going to keep the rest of the funds for the inconvenience.

    I have spoken the owner and he has promised to come out for five days straight and didn't show any on any of the days.  I have lost my trust in working with him and would like a full refund of my money.

    We signed a contract to build a small deck and stairs on the back of our house with ************************* in July 2022. After missing multiple promised start dates and breaking promise after promise, including promising to refund our money several months ago, ****** has not done anything. we are in our 80s and this is devastating for us and we really dont know where else to turn other than the BBB. Please help us we gave him $7000 upfront for a job that was a little over $11,000 and thats what were seeking to have returned to us, $7000
