  This guy and his partner running around Austin cheat and steal. Over charging people in diaster situation- charge me more than double from what I had got after from another legit service. Showed pictures of the work to other all said would've charge less thsn half the $**** he ripped me off for. He did cash the check within fifteen minutes from the text I got from my bank. If this Gene Swartz and his partner comes to your home or area slam the door hard in his face and call the cop. CHARGED me $**** for twenty minutes worth of work. These two are nothing but CROOKS.

  Estimates are given before any work is performed and as for cashing check within 15 minutes of finishing work all checks are deposited into bank therefore that is a false statement. If there was a problem with the work performed customer should have called phone number on business card to discuss any unsatisfactory problem. How can someone give an estimate after work was done and all debris is hauled away since the labor of what went into removing of busted and split limbs removed from trees isnt available to see. I believe you were satisfied when we left as you gave us your brothers address to go give an estimate too. Sorry for any issues you have with our company but estimates are always given before any work is performed and we never ask for payment before work is completed.

  You said that was a going rare, but that was far from truthful. The rate you gave was more than twice, a the est I got later that day from the other company. You first sai $1200 and when I told you I had another quote coming you said $1000. And convinced me that was a deal. As far as my brother and ********'s none went with you because one quote was fuve times as much $5500 and the gentleman did the job for $1200. The job the other company did clean and sweep the area also. So you can say what you want, but traveling to ****** in time of Disaster and misleading people is still Price Gouging. Would have reported to ***** Business affairs, but sure you left town quickly after fleecing myself and other.

  You're a storm chaser, rolling in time of disaster, lying to poor people in distress, over charging them, and leaving for your next city and victims. I did not call you for an estimate, you and your partner just showed up in the middle of the day with no invite or request. Gave me a card that I did not look close enough if I would have known you were not from ******, much less ***** I would have slammed the door. I though this might be a legit business man, not a scammer. After I got the other legit estimate at more than half what you ripped me off for and double check the card and realized y'all are con men. I thought when I gave my brother you were a real business man, not a storm chaser con man. They had already got estimate from other and let me know you were a *****. Wanting $5500 from what the honest tree servjce charges $1300 and did a much better job. As far as the bank I got the fraud alert fifteen minutes after I wrote the check and knew you rip me off and most likely other before getting out of town. Does anyone think calling a con man is going to get you anything, but more grief. All I know God take care of thieves and con artist to make sure their gain are loss in the end.

  Oh by the way you were there less then thirty minutes and still charged me $1000 for thirty minutes worth of supposed work. Thirty minutes or $2000 an hour, I paid you because you total me that was a fair price and I thought you would do more than you did for a $1000 a half hour. So let anyone who reads this make there own decisions and if you work at their place is it worth a $2000 an hour or just skip the ****
